Role OverviewThe HR Associate is accountable for supporting the HR Manager on all operational HR related matters. A primary objective of this role is to enable day-day HR operations in Poland for high performance. If you are interested in joining an exciting global organisation and making a real impact in delivery of our people strategy - check out what we are looking for ⬇️Key areas and responsibilitiesPeople StrategyActively contribute to develop the regional culture and philosophy through collaboration with HR Manager and business stakeholdersEnsure all HR policies and procedures are implementedCommunicate procedures and deliver coaching on HR policies and practicesEnsure the organisation is compliant with and updated on all appropriate local employment legislationRecruitment, Assessment, Selection and OnboardingManage recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and making offersProvide advice & support to managers on recruitment, assessment and selection processesCoordinate the appointment process for successful applicantsEnsure all employees have a contract of employment on commencement of employmentSupport managers on probation management for each new employeeDeliver onboarding process in PolandPerformance Management Co-ordinate the appraisal and performance review processAdminister performance improvement for underperforming employees and advice managers on ongoing managementCollaborate closely with HR Manager and business stakeholders to create a high-performance cultureSkills, Knowledge and Experience Experience in recruitment and interest in general HRTact and diplomacy with the ability to deal with difficult situationsHigh level of confidentiallyAbility to work on own initiativeExcellent organisational skillsAbility to write and present informationFluency in Polish and EnglishEducated to degree level or equivalent
