JOB SCOPE:To supervise the administration, implementation and rollout of the benefits programs of the Company.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.Experience in a similar role for at least two (2) years.MS Office proficient.HRIS familiarity an advantage.To evaluate and negotiate the best benefit proposals for the Company and employees.To ensure employees are informed of their benefits are able to optimize applicable benefits.Willing to be assigned in Bamban, Tarlac
