We’re hiring: HR Business Partner – Nordics & BeneluxAn international company is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support its field-based service and sales teams across the Nordics and Benelux regions.Location: Remote / Field-based across Sweden, Norway & BeneluxKey responsibilities:Serve as the main HR contact for employees in Sweden, Norway, and BeneluxDrive employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planningSupport recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementAdvise on employee relations, absence management, and wellbeingEnsure compliance with employment law and health & safety standardsCollaborate with leadership teams to shape HR strategy and deliver impactful projectsWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 4 years of HRBP experience, ideally in field-based rolesStrong knowledge of Nordic employment law; Benelux experience is a plusProven ability to coach managers and influence stakeholdersWillingness to travel across the region; valid driving license requiredPassion for people, performance, and continuous improvementThis is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment where HR plays a key role in driving business success.Interested candidates can apply or reach out for more information.
