You’ll lead and coach our People Ops Specialists, support managers in solving real people challenges, and make sure our employee experience is both human and consistent. You’ll also be the steady hand ensuring that we know what we can do, so we can decide what is wise to do.This is a leadership role for someone who wants to make Aidn an even better place to work — for the people shaping the future of Norwegian healthcare.🔧 What You’ll Be Working OnOver the next year, you’ll focus on making Aidn’s People function run smoothly, scaling our culture and improving how we work every day. Some examples of what you’ll take on:Lead and develop the People Ops Specialists, setting priorities and building their competence.Be a trusted partner for managers across Aidn — helping them find practical, people-first solutions to their challenges.Improve how we deliver onboarding, offboarding, and everyday People processes.Ensure fairness, transparency, and good judgment in all employment decisions.Partner with the Chief People Officer to use data and insights to guide priorities and improvements.Oversee recruitment delivery and make sure we hire people who share our mission and values.🤝 Who You AreWe’re looking for someone who’s curious, calm under pressure, and able to connect the dots between people, processes, and business needs.
