Job SummaryOversees and Manages all HR related processes and programs associated with assigned facilities/service lines within Phoebe Putney Health System Provides support to the assigned facilities/services lines on Human Resource practice, innovations and legal parameters. Manages all employee relations responsibilities, to include but not limited to, employee/management counseling and coaching, EEOC charges, unemployment hearings, legal issues, employee complaint investigations, the exit interview process, turnover analysis, etc. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Required)Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Preferred)Work Experience3 Or More Years Experience In Human Resources (Required)Licenses and CertificationsEssential FunctionsProfessional in Human Resources (PHR)(Preferred)Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
