You'll work closely with technical leadership and senior management to execute our talent strategy, from sourcing exceptional candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your day may involve screening potential engineering candidates, coordinating interviews across time zones, managing office operations, and organizing team-building activities that foster our unique startup culture.
