This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, is self-motivated, and has a strong foundation in HR operations.You will work closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to implement HR strategies that align with both global priorities and local market needs. The role covers a broad scope—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with Thai labour laws.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day HR processes including contracts, benefits, and policy implementation, ensuring alignment with Thai labour regulations.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to fill key roles and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.Performance & Engagement: Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and employee engagement initiatives.HR Data & Insights: Analyse HR metrics to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.Learning & Development: Assist in implementing development programmes and tracking career progression.Workforce Planning: Collaborate with managers on headcount planning and organisational changes.Stakeholder Communication: Localise HR communications and build strong relationships across teams.What We’re Looking For4–6 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partnering or generalist role.Strong operational HR skills and familiarity with Thai employment regulations.Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a matrixed organisation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience in regional or multinational environments is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
