Fidarsi are partnering with a fast-growing, fintech bank with rapid growth and an ambitious scale-up agenda who are looking to hire a HR Business Partner – Employee Relations Specialist.The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong Employee Relations expertise to join the HR team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Acting as the first point of contact for your allocated business areas, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver pragmatic, business-focused HR support, with a particular emphasis on ER case management, policy development, and manager capability.This is a generalist HR role, but with a strong ER focus – meaning you’ll be the go-to person for complex cases, while also driving proactive initiatives that improve employee engagement, reduce risk, and build leadership capability across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing expert advice on employee relations issues including performance, conduct, grievance, and absence management.Lead on complex ER cases up to and including dismissal, ensuring legal compliance and best practice outcomes.Proactively coach and upskill managers to improve their confidence and capability in handling people matters.Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures to support growth and compliance.Use HR data and insights to identify trends in ER activity, implementing preventative strategies.Contribute to wider people initiatives including L&D, reward, engagement, and wellbeing.Work with third-party providers (outsourced HR services, payroll, benefits partners) to ensure a seamless HR service.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in an HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on Employee Relations.In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and demonstrable experience managing complex ER cases.Experience in coaching and influencing managers to handle people issues effectively.Background in Financial Services or another fast-paced, regulated environment desirable.Strong problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.A pragmatic, diplomatic approach with the ability to balance employee needs with commercial priorities.
