Job SummaryThe ideal candidate for this position is a Human Resources Business Partner who will play a critical role in all aspects of Human Resources across the organization. This role is centered on building strong partnerships with leaders at all levels to drive effectiveness, support management, talent management, and workforce planning.The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, support implementation of systems for staff benefits / payroll, onboarding / offboarding, strengthening employee engagement, advising on performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational development, and change management, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.Pay: Gross monthly salary between $39K - $65K Mexican Pesos (MXN)Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure all company HR policies are applied consistently and up to date.Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs.Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employees engagement, conflict resolution and leadership development.Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Support Ops on the administration of benefit plans.Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.Oversee and support the employee onboarding process.Responsible for the offboarding process.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.Well being activities to increase employee engagement.Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.Support HR Ops on employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Ensure compliance with labor regulations.Oversee / support payroll process on a monthly basis. Support change management and organizational development initiatives to strengthen culture.Build strong, collaborative relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.Other Job duties as assigned.QualificationsBilingual – English and SpanishBachelor’s degree from college or university in careers like psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, and other relevant careers. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.At least 8-10 years’ experience or more in a similar role. Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations: able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.Capable of leading cultural transformation and organizational development initiatives.Data driven with experience in analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, Google Suite products.Excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel and customers outside the organization.Motivates and works great as a team in a result driven work environment. Knows how to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary.Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Ability to influence, build trust, and work effectively across teams.Strong problem solving skills, able to prioritize and deliver in fast paced.Work EnvironmentLocation: Mexico City, Mexico - On-SiteSchedule: Full-TimeWe are excited about the possibility of you joining our team!
