Human Resources Business Partner – Indonesia (Jakarta)Innovate. Grow. With operations in 120+ countries, we empower merchants and partners to grow through cutting-edge payment technologies — and we’re just getting started.What You’ll DoAs the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Operations and GTO teams in Jakarta. You will act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring alignment with regional HR initiatives while supporting local growth and engagement. You’ll be regularly engaged with the Kelapa Dua site, visiting weekly to stay connected with the Operations teams and ensure employees receive the right level of HR support.Your main responsibilities will include:Managing HR systems, Annual Leaves.Driving training and development programs in line with Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives.Partnering with Operations and other functions.Supporting Risk, Safety, and Compliance activities in Indonesia.Overseeing office-related activities, including renovation, expansion, and procurement of equipment and tools.Providing day-to-day HR business partnering support across Operations, R&D Pacific, and Support Functions.What You Bring6–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in HR Business Partnering roles.Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and labour laws.Hands-on experience in HR operations, ideally within Operations or Supply Chain environments.Knowledge of ISO processes, certification, and safety standards.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Proactive mindset with strong time management, ability to multitask, and deliver results.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Prior experience working in global organization.Familiarity with HR tools, dashboards, or automation platforms.Why Join IngenicoAt Ingenico, we believe people drive innovation.
