In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions including HR business partnering, end-to-end recruitment, culture & engagement initiatives, learning programs, and various strategic people projects that directly contribute to business growth and organizational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesSupport HR Business Partners in partnering with business stakeholders to address day-to-day people matters and organizational needs.Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding administration.Act as a key coordinator between hiring managers and candidates to ensure alignment, timeliness, and a positive candidate experience.Support HR data management and basic analysis (e.g., hiring trends, attrition insights, engagement feedback) to help inform people-related decisions.Assist in executing core HR programs such as performance management cycles, culture & engagement initiatives, and learning programs.Provide operational and coordination support for strategic HR initiatives, including organizational projects, change management efforts, and process improvements.RequirementsFinal-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or HR Analytics.Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and basic HR operations is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Comfortable working with data (Google Sheets/Excel) and preparing simple reports or presentations.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bukalapak is an equal opportunity employer.
