HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Enterprise Solutions DivisionLocation: Paris area (hybrid – 1 day remote per week)Employment: Full-time | Competitive salary + performance bonusAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the growth of a leading international technology company within its Enterprise Solutions division.This position combines strategic partnership with operational HR delivery, focusing on two core areas:People operations and development for Sales and Technical teams.Talent mapping and recruitment of high-potential professionals in the enterprise technology sector.The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with commercial and technical teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & People DevelopmentManage performance review cycles, bonus plan administration, and goal-setting processes.Oversee onboarding and training programs for Sales and Presales teams.Identify development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to support engagement and retention.Partner with business leaders to drive performance, motivation, and career growth.Support workforce planning and ensure alignment with business objectives.Talent Mapping & RecruitmentConduct market research and talent mapping within the Enterprise Networking, IT, and Telecom sectors.Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Technical roles, from sourcing to offer management.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.Partner with agencies, universities, and professional networks to strengthen hiring efforts.Advise management on compensation benchmarks and market insights.HR Partnership & AdvisoryAct as a trusted HR advisor to leadership on organizational design, culture, and people strategy.Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 10 years of HRBP experience, preferably in IT, Networking, or Telecom environments.Solid understanding of Sales and Technical team structures.Proven experience in performance management, onboarding, and training programs.Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping and recruitment for technical and commercial roles.Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.What’s on OfferCompetitive base salary and performance-based bonus.Hybrid working arrangement (1 day remote per week).Meal vouchers (€9 per working day).Career growth opportunities within an international organisation.The opportunity to help shape HR strategy and talent development in a growing enterprise business.
