For HR folks, this is a rare chance to build HR frameworks from the ground up in a company that’s scaling and hiring across engineering, operations, finance, and R&D.Partner with hiring to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies.Provide HR consultancy to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.Oversee, coach, and monitor the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery.Handle HR administrative matters such as preparing employment agreements, confirmation letters, and certificates; updating HR policies and related documents.Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.Coordinate and deliver local training sessions and employee development programs.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team — identify and drive process enhancements.Possess a sound understanding of payroll processes (not required to process payroll, but able to understand payroll components and workflows).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational company.Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.Reg No.: R22107887 | Gladys Chang Si Min
