This HR Business Partner role in a complex operational environment offers an opportunity to showcase ER skills and collaborate in a team undergoing realignment. You will work with outstanding HR professionals who are leaders in their space.Reporting to the Head of People and Culture. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to a client group with 10 operational leaders in a fast-paced, blue-collar operational environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a driven team that is building capability across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Providing strong HR advice to a team of operations managers.Handling employee relations and performance management cases from start to finish.Supporting and coaching managers on various employee lifecycle events.Uplifting the capability of frontline leaders.Working to improve the onboarding experience for new employees.The Ideal PersonThe successful person will have experience operating in a blue-collar environment and be comfortable managing a diverse, multicultural workforce. You will be an energetic self-starter who takes initiative and isn't afraid to get involved in day-to-day operations.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team realigning its operating model to address current business challenges and build on HR fundamentals.
