💼 We’re Hiring: Senior HR Business Partner (Italy)Location: Milan, Italy | Hybrid (1–2 days on-site)Contract: 6 months — renewableIndustry: Global Technology / Corporate HRRequirement: Must be an Italian citizen and fluent in ItalianIf you’re an experienced HR leader with strong labor law knowledge, union handling expertise, and the ability to influence at senior levels, this is a high-impact role supporting a global organization’s people strategy in Italy.You’ll act as the trusted HR partner for the Country Leader and Leadership Team, advising on organizational design, employment relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and change management.🧩 What You’ll DoEnsure full compliance with all Italian legislative and labor requirements.Drive and implement organizational changes with procedural accuracy and alignment.Manage employment relations issues and partner closely with local unions/union reps.Collaborate with the Employment Legal team to assess and mitigate HR risks.Serve as custodian of in-country HR policies and procedures.Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, and HR operations teams to deliver the Italy HR plan.Support country leadership on HR strategy, organizational development, and employee relations.Ensure all teams operate in line with the company’s culture and code of conduct.🎯 What You Bring7+ years as an HRBP or HR leader in global, matrixed organizations.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.Fluency in Italian & English (mandatory).Proven experience negotiating with unions and managing collective matters.Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to design and execute effective change management strategies.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable moving between strategic and tactical work.Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.If you’re looking for a role where your HR expertise truly shapes country operations, this role offers both influence and impact.📩 Interested?Apply directly through the link in this post.
