Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while supporting both employees and management.Key Responsibilities:Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing employment documents.Handle attendance, leaves, and related reports.Coordinate HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.Support payroll and benefits administration.Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an HR role (preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
