This role is responsible for coordinating pre-hire processes, managing new employee orientation, maintaining HR data integrity, and providing administrative support across key HR functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a positive first impression for all new employees.Job Duties:Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire paperwork.Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessionsEnsure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and timely prior to start dates.Partner with IT, Payroll, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure equipment, system access, and workspace needs are prepared for new employees.Serve as a primary contact for new hires, answering questions and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Support the HR team with reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. Skills & Qualifications:Experience supporting onboarding programs in a multi-site or fast-paced environment.2+ years of HR experience, preferably with onboarding responsibilities.Strong understanding of employment documentation and basic HR compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skill; fluency in Spanish is a plus.Excellent customer service skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
