We advise our clients on the creation and optimization of influencer programs maximizing impact on digital and social media, creating social proof of your brand values.FEB Influencer, a Digital Agency-based company, is seeking a Human Resources Development, Public Relation starting ASAP in Cirebon City, Indonesia.Role DescriptionThis is a contract, on-site role for a Human Resources Development at FEB Digital Agency - PT Mandala Digital Indonesia in Cirebon. The role is responsible for managing talent, strengthening employee capabilities, and ensuring organizational effectiveness within FEB Digital Agency. This position plays a key role in building a productive, positive, and growth-focused work environment that aligns with the agency’s culture and objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s/Diploma degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.Experience in HR or People Development (experience in an agency is a plus).Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee development, and HR administration.Knowledge of performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKR).Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills and high empathy.Familiarity with HR tools (e.g Excel, Notion, G-Suite, ATS, etc.).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willing to be placed in CirebonKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Identify manpower needs in alignment with department growth and project requirements.Maintain a candidate database and build a sustainable talent pool.Design and implement training programs, workshops, and skill-development initiatives.Evaluate training outcomes and track individual improvement progress.Develop career paths and Individual Development Plans (IDP) for all employees.Establish performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKR) for all positions.Conduct regular performance assessments and provide strategic development recommendations.Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure productivity targets are met.Organize employee engagement programs such as monthly gatherings, team-building activities, and internal recognition events.Foster a positive, collaborative, and value-driven company culture.Serve as a bridge between employees and management to support internal needs.Manage HR administrative tasks including contracts, attendance, leave records, and employee data.Develop and implement internal SOPs for all departments.Handle exit interviews, offboarding processes, and related documentation.Deliver company announcements, policy updates, and internal communications to all employees.Provide support in resolving internal issues and ensuring healthy team dynamics.Apply: If you are interested, please submit your profile in LinkedIn and send your CV also to: hrd@febinfluencer.com , info@febinfluencer.com with the email subject «HRD»
