Recruitment Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and writtenMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering).Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with candidates.Strong administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower requests to onboarding.Create job postings and perform candidate sourcing through various recruitment channels.Conduct CV screening, initial selection, and schedule interviews.Conduct interviews in Indonesian and Mandarin, depending on candidate needs.Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.Perform background checks when required.
