We help these clients understand what their stakeholders’ social needs are and execute effective initiatives that address those.About the role?We are looking for an experienced HR Director (12–17 years of experience) to lead all people-related strategies and operations across Yomn. You will oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and compliance.The ideal candidate has worked in fast-paced startup environments and consulting firms, combining strategic thinking with hands-on executionYou will play a critical role in building a strong, inclusive company culture and aligning HR strategy with our mission to create social and economic impact across the region.This role reports directly to the CEOKey Responsibilities1) Strategic HR Leadership (10%)Develop and execute Yomn’s HR strategy to support out ambitious growth – from drafting our employee policies to planning our talent acquisition needsDefine and track key HR metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement2) Talent Acquisition (40%)Oversee full-cycle recruitment across Egypt and Saudi Arabia (CV screening, interviews, headhunting,…)Foster an employer brand that attracts top talent and reflects Yomn’s values.3) People Operations & Culture (50%)Manage HR operations including employee relations, compensation, and benefits.Ensure compliance with Egyptian and Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies.Drive employee engagement, performance management, and feedback initiatives.Champion Yomn’s culture and lead initiatives to strengthen collaboration and well-beingDesign and implement learning and development programsThis role will manage operations across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.Requirements12–17 years of HR experience360-degree HR experience – from recruitment to HR laws and complianceStartup / small business experienceFluent in both English and ArabicBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Based in Cairo, EgyptWhat do we offer?80.000 to 110,000 EGPYear-end bonusesBe part and set the direction of a high-growth startupOpportunity to work on projects that improve people's livesWork from home allowance (2-3 days per week)
