Job Summary We are looking for an HR Executive with a strong focus on talent acquisition to manage and support our company’s hiring and employee development initiatives. The role involves driving end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting onboarding, and contributing to various HR functions such as policy implementation, performance management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles. • Develop and maintain effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent. • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports using HR systems and tools (HRIS/ATS). • Assist in designing and executing employee referral programs and recruitment campaigns. • Support new hire induction and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition. • Contribute to HR operations such as policy updates, employee engagement activities, and performance review coordination. • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and employee retention. • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs. desirable qualifications  Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a consulting or corporate environment).  Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interviewing methods.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  1–2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experie
