About the job :Talent Acquisition• Manage end-to-end hiring - right from sourcing and screening to ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.• Build and nurture talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.• Track hiring metrics and share insights to help leaders make data-driven decisions.Business Partnering & People Initiatives• Work with HR and Business leads to understand talent needs and shape people plans aligned to business goals.• Partner in executing employee engagement and recognition initiatives.• Help identify skill gaps and coordinate interventions alongside the HR lead.Culture & Employee Experience• Champion company values and help embed them in everyday practices.• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring an open and positive workplace environment.Requirements:• 1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment and broad HR activities (generalist, HRBP or similar).• Any Graduate• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust across levels.• Curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment• Interest in developing into a strategic HRBP role over time.• Hunger to learn and grow, Proactive and Self-motivated
