Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.What you will do:Recruitment & OnboardingManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering psychological tests, extending job offers, and coordinating onboardingBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database managementEnsure all recruitment documentation, candidate data, and administrative tasks are accurate, organized, and updated in a timely mannerTrack and monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiencyTraining & Development SupportHandle administrative tasks for training programs, including scheduling, invitations, attendance, materials preparation, evaluations, and post-training documentationMaintain the training database and support HR in executing learning and development initiativesEmployee Engagement & CultureAssist in planning, developing, and executing employee engagement events and internal activities to strengthen team spirit and enhance company cultureGather feedback from employees and collaborate with the HR team to propose improvement ideas for engagement programsHR AdministrationSupport HR operations, including employee data management, HR documentation, contract preparation, and HR reportingEnsure HR files, records, and systems are well-maintained, organized, and compliant with company standardsAssist in day-to-day HR activities and projects as neededEmployee Relations SupportAct as an approachable point of contact for employees regarding general HR inquiriesProvide support in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the organizationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a human-related field (Psychology preferred)0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent AcquisitionBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite)Ability to administer psychological test toolsA self-starter with strong initiativeClear and structured communication skillsPersuasive and able to influence stakeholders effectivelyApproachable and able to build good rapport with candidates and team membersData-driven with strong analytical thinkingProficient in English, both written and verbalPowered by JazzHRaxExwhcseJ
