Since 2018, Tiryaki Agro has strengthened its global leadership by acquiring majority shares in Sunrise Foods International, one of the world's largest supply chain management company for organic feed and oilseeds.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner in facilities.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Proactive, result-oriented and analytical mindset with strong project management and follow-up skills.Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor laws.Highly disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills; team-oriented with a partnership and consultancy approach.Capable of thinking and producing solutions at both strategic and operational levels.Dynamic, adaptable to change, and able to quickly adjust to flexible working conditions.ResponsibilitiesEnsure complete and effective execution of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, etc.) within the area of responsibility.Support the development and implementation of human resources strategies in close collaboration with business units/functional managers to achieve business goals.Work in coordination with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Compensation, Labor Law, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Talent and Performance Management.Develop and implement field-oriented practices to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Resolve critical issues raised by employees or managers in a timely and effective manner.Execute disciplinary processes, payroll data entries, and legal notifications in compliance with Labor Law and Social Security legislation.Play an active role in organization structuring, restructuring projects, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Effectively manage HR practices in industrial production and factory environments, providing solutions to field-related needs.Establish strong, trust-based, and sustainable relationships with all stakeholders.
