Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on benefits, engagement and culture buildingDevelop, implement, and continually refine HR policies to ensure they are aligned with best practices and meet the organization’s needsProvide guidance and expertise in HR matters, demonstrating good judgment, and with a spirit of excellenceSupport the leadership team in creating an environment where staff can grow professionally and personallyExecute all HR functions with a high standard of competence, ensuring compliance with policies and employment lawsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, upholding trust and ensuring confidentialityRequirements:A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related fieldThree years of relevant experience, performing different HR functionsGood understanding of local employment laws and regulationsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to othersFamiliarity with HR systems is a plus
