Job Description

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):Recruitment: Coordinating for HRF, JD, Sourcing Candidate & Interview with HODs / UH.Employee Master Database: Maintain and verify master database of all employees along with joining formalities and documentation in an organized and systematic order both manually and in HRM System.Probation & Confirmation Review: Preparing Probation Period Review Form, MIS & coordinating with HODs / UH for timely completionLearning & Development: Support for TNI & Implementation of L&D Plans.Time Office: Verify and maintain proper record of attendance, hours worked, overtime, official duty, absenteeism and missed attendance punch. Maintaining Leave and official duty record and verification.Contract Employees Verification: Contract Employees and security guard attendance and bill verification.Insurance Claim: Initiate insurance claim process in a timely and accurate manner for SSF and Third Party Claim.Grievance Handling & Disciplinary action: Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.Employee Engagement Activity: Need to coordinate with HO/UH/HOD for employee engagement activity.JD – Job Description: Preparing JD in coordination with HOD/UH.Others HR Operations: Support for execution of Appraisal System, Goal Setting, Organogram, Exit Formality.Other task as assigned by the Supervisor / Line Manager.Qualification and Experience:+2 Completed in Management / Bachelors Running Fresher to 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
