At the heart of this experience are the people of Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, united by the values of Love, Care, and Share — a philosophy that transforms service into genuine connection and daily work into a shared sense of pride.To support the continued development of our team and HR processes, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Expert to join our Human Resources team.The Human Resources Expert plays a key operational role in supporting HR processes, ensuring compliance, contributing to employee development initiatives, and helping create a positive and engaging employee experience aligned with the hotel’s standards.Main responsibilitiesSupport the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and standards in line with company strategy and legal requirementsParticipate in HR projects and initiatives at both local and group levelAssist in maintaining and updating job descriptions, HR documentation, and internal policiesSupport recruitment processes including job postings, screening, coordination of interviews, and onboardingCoordinate and support learning and development activities, including identifying training needs and assisting in the implementation of training plansOrganize and facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and development programsContribute to career development initiatives, succession planning support, and evaluation of training effectivenessAssist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events aimed at enhancing motivation and team spiritCoordinate internship programs and maintain relationships with educational institutions and external partnersSupport labor market research and sourcing initiatives to identify talent pipelines Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation required by management and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, equal opportunity principles, and data protection standardsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionApply health & safety and environmental standards relevant to HR activities Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and collaborate with colleagues across departmentsProfile of the ideal candidateMinimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within hospitality or service-driven environmentsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in HR administration, recruitment, or learning & development, preferably within hospitality or service industryGood understanding of labour legislation and HR processesStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasksProactive mindset and genuine interest in people development and employee experienceAbility to work with sensitive information with discretion and integrityStrong communication and teamwork skillsFluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantageThe company offersAn inspiring workplace within one of Bulgaria’s most distinguished luxury hotels, where excellence and teamwork shape everyday experiencesA competitive remuneration package complemented by attractive benefits and recognition of individual contributionMeaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, supported by a culture that values talent, development, and long-term career progressionIf you feel inspired to become part of Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, we would be delighted to receive your CV in English.
