We're now seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our Chief of Staff as we scale our user-base globally. If you have positivity, resilience and the willingness to learn fast, we want you on our team.About This Role As our HR Generalist you will be responsible for:Managing HR operations tasks, including personnel administration, employee records, contracts, onboarding / off-boarding, vendor coordination, and other routine or non-routine responsibilities.Enhancing hiring process to be data-driven, efficient, and candidate-centric, ensuring high offer acceptance rates, reduced time-to-hire, and consistently positive candidate experience.Supporting monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy of employee data, allowances, deductions, and alignment with company and regulatory requirements.Reviewing and updating company regulations, handbooks, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and alignment with data-driven practices.Assisting in job analysis, competency matrix updates, and job description maintenance.Contributing to developing, implementing, and monitoring a data-driven performance system.Supporting employee communications initiatives, including surveys, activities, follow-up actions.We Encourage People of Backgrounds to Apply, Who Display These CharacteristicsHave a degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.Good understanding of Indonesian Labour Law and its practical application in HR processes.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to work with large sets of data and spreadsheets confidently, to support reporting, process improvements, and decision-making.Confident in managing more senior stakeholders in order to achieve goals.Good command in English and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia.Able to attend mandatory in-office days at our Jakarta office.Must use personal device (Bring Your Own Device),that is security & performance compliant.Ability to work from home in an environment free from all distractions, with reliable internet at all times, and attending virtual video meetings.ASTRNT is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment.
