We’re a fast-paced company and are looking for individuals who live and breathe our core values: challenging the status quo, trust, transparency, integrity, and collaboration.The role of Human Resources Generalist is to work as part of the Human Resources department and play the key role of supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Generalist will provide support across core HR functions, including sourcing and hiring, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and general people processes. The HR Generalist will ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, while quickly building knowledge of internal policies, systems, and procedures to respond to enquiries effectively. Responsibilities:Support the HR Team by performing key administrative tasks to an excellent standardPartner with hiring managers in support of the HR Team to understand the hiring needs to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functionsDraft, review, and post job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure accurate representation of roles and requirements.Oversee recruitment efforts with the HR Team to build and maintain pipeline of candidates by sourcing in various job boards including but not limited to LinkedIn, social media, colleges, universities and professional associationsProactively build and create candidate pools of high-potential candidates to support future recruitment and hiring needs. Provide hiring managers with administrative support during the recruitment process, including assisting with phone screening, interview arrangement and managing candidates manually.Coordinate and support the full interview process, including preparation of interview guides, collection of feedback, and assisting in candidate selection.Manage the onboarding and offboarding process manually, ensuring completion of all tasks and notifying the HR Generalist for payroll administration.Manage the benefits administration for employees and be the first point of contact for benefits enquiriesWork closely with the HR Team, management and employees on engagement, morale and overall productivity.Ensure recruitment and HR practices are compliant with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate and confidential records.Perform other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:Previous work experience in a HR role, with a strong focus on recruitment and working across all aspects of the employee lifecycleExperience working across the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers)Thorough understanding of different employment legislations and HR best practicesProficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boardsStrong attention to detail (extremely critical for handling employee confidential information)Highly ethicalExcellent communication skillsTakes a high level of initiative and is able to work effectively with minimum supervisionAbility to prioritize and execute tasks accurately and efficientlyPossess effective analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environmentNice to haveExperience within the iGaming industry
