Job purpose: Birla Carbon Andhra Pradesh Limited is setting up greenfield projects of 240 KTPA at Naidupeta, Nellore Dist., AP. Project is planned to complete in 2 phases 120 KTPA each. We are looking for a dynamic HR Personnel to Implementing the Strategy action plan, developmental measures timely Headcount to manage - 90 employeesManufacturing volume - 120 KTPA in Phase 1Reporting to: Plant HR HeadJob context: The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in executing key HR processes and activities at the Naidupeta Plant, ensuring alignment with organizational values and business objectives. The role encompasses the full spectrum of HR activities, including Talent Acquisition & Onboarding ,employee lifecycle management, Training and Development with a strong focus on building a motivated and compliant workforce.KRAs -Talent Acquisition & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment for all categories.Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment.Facilitate onboarding, induction, and initial training for new joiners.Training and Development Preparation of Training CalendarCoordination of Internal and External Trainings Employee Engagement & WelfareDrive plant-level engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives.Organize cultural, and employee well-being activities.Address grievances promptly and maintain a positive work environment.Performance Management & DevelopmentCoordinate the annual goal-setting and appraisal process.Support line managers in employee performance reviews and development planning.Assist in skill development and capability-building initiatives.HR Operations & HRISMaintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HRIS data.Support monthly payroll inputs, shift management, and leave administration.Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
