You’ll be joining a collaborative, people-first team that values continuous learning and operational excellence.What You’ll Do:Responding to Tier 2 HR and benefits inquiries, with a focus on Canadian policiesPartnering with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to support and optimize HR programsMaintaining internal knowledge bases and supporting Learning & Development effortsAnalyzing HR data to uncover insights and support People PartnersPlaying a key role in global process improvements and escalationsKeys to Success:2+ years of HR experience, including working with Canadian benefitsFluent in French and English (written and spoken)A strong communicator with a knack for solving problems and improving processesExperience working in cross-functional environments with global teamsComfortable with HR systems, data analysis, and creating support materials
