You will be the cornerstone of our local HR function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while acting as the vital link between our Budapest team and our broader European HR shared services.This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about building efficient processes and providing an exceptional employee experience.Human Resource Generalist: Handling documents related to establishing, modifying, and terminating employment relationshipsPreparing HR reports and statistics for managementLiaising with payroll specialists, managing administrative systemsManaging onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviewsSupporting HR process development and projectsOur Ideal Candidate: We welcome two distinct profiles that meet these core requirements:Proven experience in an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role. In-depth, practical knowledge of Hungarian labor law, payroll, and social security requirements is essential.
