Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Pedro Sula for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and workplace policies. Key responsibilities include handling policies and procedures, managing employee records, supporting managers and employees in HR-related matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to talent acquisition and staff development strategies. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding processes, and talent acquisition strategiesExperience in benefits administration, compliance, and employee relationsStrong understanding of labor laws and HR policiesEffective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in maintaining and managing employee recordsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredBilingual capabilities (Spanish and English) are highly preferredPrevious experience in handling HR in a customer-focused industry is an advantage
