HR Generalist with below skillsMust haves:*Candidate must have recruiting , employee conflict resolutions, and administrative skills. *Minimum 1-3 years’ experience*Bachelor's degree required*Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience highly desired!!! – Required ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
