Job DescriptionJob Purpose:NextEra is an innovative education and technology company transforming learning in Egypt through Al-powered solutions, digital platforms, and global partnerships - bridging the gap between education and industry.Key Responsibilities:Handle personnel activities, including employee files, contracts, renewals, and social insurance.Manage monthly payroll cycles - attendance, overtime, deductions, and salary processing.Support recruitment activities (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding).Maintain employee databases and ensure accuracy of HR records.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.Assist in performance appraisal processes and probation evaluations.Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.HR Diploma or Professional Certification is a must.2-3 years of experience in HR (Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment).Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).Very good command of English (written and spoken).Excellent communication and organizational skills.
