Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistDuration: 3 MonthsLocation: 100% onsite in Seattle, WAShifts: 1st shift 7:30 am – 4:00 pmResponsibilities:Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives.Drives overall people/talent plan and initiatives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions.Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organizational objectives.Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks, and monitors case activities.Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non-union, manufacturing, or business functions.Reason for need:- Support multiple ET&T HR organizations.- HR Business Partner to support various ET&T organizations in the Puget Sound.- Prefer former HR employees to help with attrition / LOA coverage.Must Haves:1. Client experience is a must-have.2. 10 years of related experience - HRBP (human resources business partner) related experience in a large multi-national/ enterprise organization.3. Ability to work independently.4. Must be able to hit the ground running.
