As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to help strengthen our culture and support our team.Job DutiesDevelop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.Support leaders and employees in fostering a respectful, high-performing workplace culture.Conduct terminations and layoffs with professionalism and compliance.Oversee the Apprenticeship Program, including applications, reporting, blue books, and government submissions.Administer employee benefits (enrollment, changes, terminations, and billing reconciliations).Maintain employee records and respond to HR inquiries promptly.Collaborate with management to enhance morale, engagement, performance, and retention.Provide general HR support and assist with special projects as required.What We Look ForPost-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.Minimum 5 years of HR experience.CHRP designation (or working toward it) is a strong asset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.What We OfferCompetitive compensation.Extended health and dental coverage.Optional life insurance.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.If this opportunity sounds like a great fit, please apply by sending your resume to careers@weiss-johnson.com.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
