Human Resources (HR) Executive in Delhi, Delhi

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts). Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top talent. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs. Foster an inclusive, transparent, and motivating workplace culture. Conduct employee feedback sessions and coordinate with leadership for action planning. Performance Management Assist in setting up and managing performance review cycles. Support managers and employees in goal setting, appraisal, and feedback processes. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
