The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, and prior internship experience in talent acquisition or HR. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a long-term career in recruitment and talent management.Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates. Source potential candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates. Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support in creating job postings and recruitment campaigns. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles. Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
