Job Description

Our client, a leader in luxury beauty, is looking to bring on an HRIS Analyst (Analyst, Talent Technology) for a 6 month contract, ASAP. This is 100% remote. This individual will play a key role in assisting the management and execution of the talent technology needs for our global talent management systems. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs. Must thoroughly understand Company policies and procedures to ensure that decisions are in compliance. Manage project implementations and ensuring compliance regarding legal and data privacy issues. Develop key performance metrics and analytics. Drive user adoption and gather feedback from users for continual system enhancements and improvements. The systems include but are not limited to applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, reporting databases, interview and assessment tools, job landing pages, and job board aggregators.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders which include HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Legal and Technology teams, driving an integrated approach to full lifecycle recruitment operationsEvaluate business needs and the impact on people, process and technologyInternal consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, take risks, champion and influence changeMust be able to proactively stay informed of industry best practices, local legal and regulatory requirement and drive implementation where appropriateDrive user adoption and gather feedback from users for continual enhancements and improvementsPartner with the HR Transformation team to support transition activities, process adoption and adherence, and overall service delivery model executionMust be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that are raised and provide resolutionPerform system configuration and updates based on approved legal and business requirementsProvide project management support with documentation of functional and technical requirements, process flows, design workflows, and meeting notesGenerate custom, ad hoc, and dashboard reports using web analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, activity within the system, adherence to process, and as requested by our recruitment partners.Provide technical support for integrations, system defects and errorsConduct training regarding new system functionality, enhancements, legislative and process changesWorks independently collaborating directly with system, business, and process owners to provide effective materials which may include job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and online videosRequirementsQuick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the highest level of quality responding to end user requests, data analysis, and configurationAbility to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independentlyExperience working in a global virtual team environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external cross-functional teamsAbility to meet deadlines and handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracyProactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality drivenExperience handling confidential informationBachelor’s Degree is preferred1 years of strong analytical and project management experienceStrong experience in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint,2 years of experience in Human Resources working with applicant tracking or other related talent management systems
