Employment is our core business for over 10 years.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Human Resources LeadLocation: EkitiEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout The RoleThe HR Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the organization’s goals.This individual will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, culture development, and compliance with employment laws.The ideal candidate is proactive, people-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Management:Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Develop talent pipelines and manage job postings and candidate assessments.Support succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.Employee Relations & EngagementServe as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.Resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.Lead employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.Performance ManagementImplement performance management frameworks (KPIs, appraisals, coaching).Work with department heads to track and enhance employee performance.Support training and development initiatives.HR Policy & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations.Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Compensation & BenefitsAssist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.Participate in salary reviews and compensation structuring.Reporting & HR OperationsPrepare periodic HR reports for management decision-making.Monitor HR metrics (turnover, attendance, performance trends).Maintain HR software or tools used for personnel management.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years proven experience in HR roles (HR Generalist or HR Lead preferred).Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.SalaryOpen to Negotiation.Application Closing Date30th November, 2025.Don't Keep!
