Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Shah Alam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, managing recruitment and selection, creating and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing training and development programs, managing performance appraisal systems, and providing support to employees in various HR-related matters. Qualifications Skills in recruitment, selection, and employee relations.Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.Ability to develop and manage training and development programs.Proficiency in managing performance appraisal systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in the security or investigations industry is a plus.
