Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals & corporate.Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performanceLead hiring to speed up the fulfillment of the manpower planningDevelop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on timeDevelop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill developmentEnsure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practicesLead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR servicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable universityMinimum of 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership roleExperienced in the manufacturing/ mining industry is preferableProven ability to lead and develop HR teamsStrong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory complianceExperience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational developmentExceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillswilling to be located in Jakarta / Tangerang / area
