The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, resolving employee relations issues, conducting performance appraisals, and contributing to organizational development. The role also involves collaborating closely with leadership to drive initiatives that align with the company’s culture and growth objectives.QualificationsProven experience in Recruitment and Employee Onboarding processesStrong knowledge of Japanese Employment Laws, Policy Implementation, and ComplianceExpertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance AppraisalsSkills in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Change ManagementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work on-site in Minato and adapt to a dynamic work environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plusJapanese and English fluency is required
