The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the daily HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, maintaining employee records, and planning and implementing organizational strategies to enhance team satisfaction and productivity.QualificationsHR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skillsTraining and Development, Organizational Development, and Workforce Planning expertiseExperience with Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR PoliciesStrong interpersonal communication and leadership abilitiesProblem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with HR software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fieldProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is an advantage
