Job Description

Our client is hiring a dedicated and results-driven HMO & Insurance Executive under their ASSIST Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HMO and insurance-related processes, coordinating with clients and providers, and driving new partnerships and enrolment that support our growth goals. Key Responsibilities  Manage and maintain relationships with HMOs, insurance providers, and corporateclients. Handle client registration, verification, approvals, billing, and claims reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance and HMO documentation. Identify and develop new HMO and insurance partnerships to expand our client base. Act as the primary contact between the company and external partners for all HMO andinsurance matters. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for insuredclients. Track performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvementstrategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and service-level agreements. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HMO operations, insurance management, or clientrelations. Strong understanding of HMO processes, claims, and healthcare coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
