Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Kuwait City. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. Daily tasks will involve managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring legal compliance. The role also includes maintaining employee records and managing compensation and benefits programs.
