Location: Accra, Ghana Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions and support the growth of our operations in Accra. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management — ensuring a productive, professional, and people-focused work environment.This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and the ability to build systems that balance both operational discipline and employee well-being.Key Responsibilities👥 Recruitment & OnboardingLead full-cycle recruitment — from job postings to interviews and final selection.Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for future needs.📊 Performance & Employee ManagementOversee attendance, leave, and performance management systems.Conduct periodic performance reviews and advise management on promotions or corrective actions.Support managers in setting and tracking KPIs for employees.📁 HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports, contracts, and official correspondence when required.Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of employee data to finance.💬 Employee Relations & EngagementAct as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and transparent resolutions.Foster a positive and professional work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.Plan and coordinate staff welfare and motivation activities.📈 Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize relevant learning programs.Support career growth and skill development initiatives within the company.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).5+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent written and spoken English communication.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software or ERP systems is a plus.Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
