Human Resources Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for an HR Manager to join a leading insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day to day HR related tasks. These tasks can range from performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee records management, etc. There is also an aspect of supporting payroll processing as well. There is an expectation to be onsite 1x week in Toronto and on an as needed basis. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 3+ years experience in HR- Has graduated from a certified HR Management program- Has their CHRP or is working towards it- Has a strong working knowledge of the Employee Relations Law- Familiar with payroll processing (bi-weekly, monthly and year end)
