The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR functions of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The role involves developing HR policies, creating strategies to enhance organizational culture, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The HR Manager will also provide support to management and employees on human resource-related issues. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee RelationsSkills in Training and Development, and Performance ManagementProficiency in HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment LawLeadership, Decision-Making, and Interpersonal Communication skillsStrong Organizational and Conflict Resolution skillsProficiency in HR software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
